Otong (Okra) Soup

Okra soup is made with okra, spinach, and a variety of Calabar vegetables cooked in a delicious mixture of palm oil, crayfish, beef, and African spices and simmered to perfection! Otong soup is best eaten with pounded yam (Yam flour) or Eba (cassava flour).
