Editan (Vegetable) Soup

Vegetable soup made with Editan leaf paired with Spinach just like Edikan Ikong and Afang soup cooked with palm
oil, crayfish and beef but it has a richer, more complex flavour and is slightly bitter. Editan soup is best eaten with pounded yam (Yam flour) or Eba (cassava flour). PRICE DOES NOT COME WITH SWALLOW, CHOOSE YOUR SWALLOW (EBA, PANDO ETC, SEPARATE PRICE….PRICE IS FOR PICK UP AT RESTAURANT ONLY)
